We are a Bournemouth based company who traditionally go into people's homes or businesses to sort out computers which have become infected with malware. We do still offer this service and if you prefer you can contact us and we'd be happy to help but we also wanted to offer everyone the chance of being able to protect not just their computer but their finances and personal information.

Being able to browse the internet in confidence and being able to protect yourself from all the threats out there can seem daunting. Often you need considerable technical knowledge to rectify a problem if it gets infected. What we've tried to do on this site is impart our knowledge in as easy to understand language as possible.

How we have organised this site is into several parts to make it as easy as possible for you to find the information you want:

Suggested programs to protect your computer. Beware a program that claims to do everything. Experience has shown us this is not true. Latest news about the most common threats. Programs and techniques to use if you do get infected. Unique problems you have faced and our answers. A section on how to look after your PC.... really to give it an MOT and keep it in good condition.
